Tammi Jane (Dufour) Slingsby Ebbage

Tammi Jane (Dufour) Slingsby Ebbage of Ethel, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 after a battle with breast cancer. She was in her 47th year. 

Tammi was the daughter of Clarice Dufour of Windsor and the late Alvin, and the late Kenneth and Betty Slingsby and granddaughter of Marlene Davelaar of Strathroy and the late Everett.

She was the beloved wife of Toby Ebbage and mother of Justin Bedard, Montreal, Quebec; Danielle and Scott Bramhill, Sevierville, Tennessee and Erin, Cole, and Austin Lindsay, all of Ethel. 

Tammi was the sister of Bill Dufour, British Columbia; Sherri and Sean Huter, North Bay; Jodi Dufour, Windsor; Jay and Jacquelyn Dufour, Lethbridge, Alberta and Laurie Dufour, Utica, Michigan, and the late Tim and sister-in-law of Matt Ebbage, Conestogo and Tina Ebbage and Cory Gross, Ethel. 

Tammi will be remembered by Toby’s parents Gina Ebbage and Ed Warford, Conestogo and David Ebbage and Diane Murray, London and by his Oma Rita Maassen.

Visitation was held at Gorrie Bible Fellowship on Sunday. The funeral service was held on Monday, July 3.

Following cremation, interment was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel.

Memorial donations to an Education Trust Fund for Tammi’s children (cheques made payable to Toby Ebbage), Gorrie Bible Fellowship Community Care Fund, or Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
