Robert Charter

Robert Charter of Teeswater and formerly of East Wawanosh Twp., passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Stratford General Hospital. He was in his 83rd year. 

Robert was the beloved husband of Donelda for 57 years and the loving father of Elizabeth and Gary Dal Bianco, Niagara Falls and Lori and Stephen Jones, Milton. He was the cherished grandfather of Drew and Avery Jones and Garrett and Sarah Dal Bianco and the dear brother of Mildred McAdam, Clinton and Diane Charter, Mississauga. 

Visitation was held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, Blyth Chapel on Sunday, March 24. The funeral service was held on Monday, March 25. Spring interment will be held at Blyth Union Cemetery. 

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
