Peter Brommer

Peter Brommer passed away peacefully at Seaforth Manor Nursing Home on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016. He was in his 79th year.
Peter was the beloved husband of Sylvia (née Wharton) for 57 years and the loving father of Sherry Barth (Trevor), Kirkton; Pete Gatze Brommer (Sandra), Clinton; Perry Brommer (Nancy), Pine Lake and David Brommer, St. Marys. He was the cherished grandpa of April Tang (Jay), Johnathon Barth, Nicholas Pete Brommer, Heather Brommer, Justin Brommer, Rachel Brommer, Jessica Lynn Brommer, Nicole Victoria Brommer, Emma Christine Brommer and great-grandpa of Sawyer Brommer.  Peter was the dear brother of Henderika Shearer (Thomas), London and Jenny Wilts (Douwe), Clinton. Pete will also be missed by his siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, Seaforth on Sunday, Oct. 2. The funeral service was held on Monday, Oct. 3. Interment took place in Harpurhey Cemetery. A reception followed at the Seaforth Legion, Branch 156.
