McClure-VanDriel Wedding
Jennifer McClure and Marco VanDriel married in Walton on Sept. 21, 2013.
Duffs United Church, Walton was the setting on September 21, 2013 for the wedding of Jennifer McClure of Seaforth and Marco VanDriel of Goderich.
The bride is the daughter of Fred and Heidi McClure of Walton and the groom, the son of Pete and Neeltje VanDriel of Goderich.
The bride wore a floor length A- line, strapless, lace dress with a sweetheart neckline and a two-foot train. The veil was handmade by Jennifer’s mother Heidi and alterations on the dress were done by Annelise Ringgenberg, a friend and neighbour of the McClures.
Matron of honour was Krista (Shortreed) Verkley of Atwood.
Bridesmaids were Melissa Beacom, Egmondville; Jill McCullough, Clinton; and Lindsey Broome, Seaforth.
The bridesmaids wore knee- length coral chiffon dresses with sweetheart necklines and one strap.
The best man was Dan VanDriel of Grimsby. Groomsmen were Nate Potter, Clinton; Kevin Dance, Ripley and Matt of Cinton.
Rev. Dr. Peter Kugba-Nyande officiated at the ceremony.
A wedding reception was held at the Seaforth Community Centre.
The wedding trip was to a cottage at Minden, followed by a southern escape to Jamaica in January.
The couple is residing in Seaforth.◊
