Matthew Huether
Matthew Steven Huether of Londesborough, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at Victoria Hospital in London on Sunday, Oct. 14. Born in Toronto on April 8, 1992, Matthew was in his 27th year.
Matthew was the cherished son of Kathy (née Larone) and Steven Huether of Londesborough and the loving brother of Ray and Kenny Huether, both of Londesborough.
Matthew was the dear grandson of Ken Larone and his wife Mary-Beth, Bayfield and the loved nephew of John and Lisa Huether, Walton; Bonnie and Tom Johnston, Seaforth and Cynthia and Peter Mordaunt, Arizona.
Matthew will also be dearly missed by his cousins Kennedy and Kaden Huether, Robert (Amy), Shane (Melissa), Sarah (JJ), and Dean Johnston, Jennifer (Henry), Ian, and Christine Mordaunt, great-aunts and great-uncles Nancy and Jack Holmes, Clinton; Mac and Janet Webster, Bayfield; Alice Searle, Goderich; Ruth McCarter, Brussels; Paul and Joan Spittal, Bayfield, Peter and Maureen Spittal, Seaforth, and by his many friends.
Matthew was predeceased by his grandparents Nancy Larone, Ray and Margery Huether, and by his cousin Mark Webster.
Matthew touched everyone with his infectious smile and huge heart. His love, compassion and ability to make everyone around him happy will be forever cherished.
Matthew was a proud and hardworking farmer. He had many dreams and goals underway. Matthew was making all of us better people as we joined in his life journey.
Visitation was held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, Seaforth, on Friday, Oct. 19. The funeral service was held Oct. 20. Interment took place at Brussels Cemetery and a reception followed at the Brussels Legion, Branch 218.
Memorial donations to the Seaforth Community Hospital or the Trillium Gift of Life are appreciated and can still be made through the funeral home.
