Mary Grace (nee McCully) Wightman

Mary Grace (nee McCully) Wightman passed away peacefully at Huronview Home for the Aged on Wednesday, May 6. 

She was the loving wife of the late Ivan Wightman (2012), Brucefield and formerly RR 1, Belgrave for 64 years. She was predeceased by John (2013) and Jim (2003) Brigham and her brother James (Nellie) McCully. Mary is survived by John’s wife, Shelly Brigham, Corunna and Jim’s children, Jennifer, Mary, Kendra and Gordon Brigham, Blyth and her sister-in-law Alberta (Vaughn) Munro.

Mary will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was a dedicated member of the Women’s Institute for over 60 years and devoted member of Brucefield Community United Church for well over 30 years.

Friends were received at Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton Chapel on Sunday, May 10. The funeral service was held at Brucefield Community United Church on Monday, May 11 at 2 p.m. Mr. Colin Snyder officiated with interment at Baird’s Cemetery to follow.
