Marilyn VanderWoude

Marilyn VanderWoude of Wingham, passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Thursday, June 14, 2018. She was in her 60th year.

Marilyn was the beloved wife of Doug VanderWoude, Wingham and devoted mother of Megan VanderWoude and Evan VanderWoude. Marilyn will be lovingly remembered by her brother John Congram and his family, her brothers-in-law Robert VanderWoude (Patti Lou), Jim VanderWoude and his family, Randy VanderWoude, cousin Barb Congram and dearly missed by all of her co-workers at Wingham and District Hospital where she was a dedicated Registered Nurse for many years. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Isabel Congram.

Visitation was held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Saturday, June 16. A memorial service was held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Monday, June 18. Marilyn’s final resting place is at Wingham Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Huron Women’s Shelter or the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
