John Button

John Button passed away at his home in Wyoming, Ontario, surrounded by his loving wife Sharlet and his family.

 

He was predeceased by his parents, Ernest (“Freck” 1973) and Marie (2010) and sisters-in-law Cheryl and Jette.

 

John and Sharlet were married for 36 years. Left to mourn his passing are his daughter Carrie and sons Jason (Kim) and Alex (Dannah). He was a loving grandfather to Cassie and Tess Elviage, Linkin Button, Josh, Jordan and Joey.

 

He will always be remembered by his three brothers: Roy (Lori), Dave, and Jim (Deb), and fondly remembered by his in-laws: Sherry (Michael) Harris, Chris Griffor (the late Charlene Westrick), Sandra (the late Harry Crum), Sharon (Artie) Leombruno, Shirley (Dave) Courey, James (Anita) Griffor, Crystal (Jeff) Baker, the late Preston, James and Marge Griffor.

 

He will be fondly remembered by his eight great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

John has been laid to rest at the Wyoming Cemetery.
