Israel Levi Good

Israel Good of Wingham, passed away at Huronlea, Brussels on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017. He was 79.

Israel was the beloved husband of Margaret “Betty” (Biggerstaff) Good, Wingham and dear father of Earl and Annette Good, Kevin and Shari Good, both of Wingham; Eric and Lorraine Good, Smooth Rock Falls; Neil Good, Kitchener; Paul Good and Liane, Cambridge; Rose and Mike Irwin, Kitchener; and Jeff Good and Renata, Wingham. He was the grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Israel was the brother-in-law of Brian and Phyllis McKee. He will be lovingly remembered by two nephews and six great-nieces and nephews.

Israel was predeceased by his parents Levi and Kathleen “Kay” Good, parents-in-law Thomas and Audrey Biggerstaff and brother-in-law Bill Biggerstaff.

Visitation was held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Sunday, Jan. 22. The funeral service was held at the funeral home chapel on Monday. Arch Deacon Perry Chuipka officiated. Interment will take place in the spring at Wingham Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
