Helen Jane (Rozell) Garnet

Helen Jane (Rozell) Garnet of Blyth and formerly of Clinton and St. Marys passed away at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015. She was in her 95th year.

Helen was the beloved wife of the late Charles William Garnet (1977) and the loving mother of Brian and Sandy Garnet, Blyth and the late Charles Jr. (2007) and Cheryl Garnet, Stratford. She was the cherished grandmother of Jerry, Steven and Kelly and step-grandmother of Jason, Greg and Sean. Helen was the great-grandmother of Lyric, Skye, Coda, Braydon, Delena, Lorelei, Myelle, Uriah, Thalia and Isabelle. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews, including her special niece Sherry Stanley. Helen was predeceased by her parents Ernest and Sarah Rozell, brother Doug Rozell, sister Ruth and brother-in-law Bill Jenkins.

Friends and family were invited to a celebration of life service held at the Huron Chapel in Auburn on Friday, Oct. 23 with visitation two hours prior to the service. Interment was in Clinton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, consider making a memorial donation to the Alzheimer Society of Huron. Arrangements were entrusted to the Falconer Funeral Homes.
