Glenn Arthur Snell

Glenn Arthur Snell of Wroxeter, passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Friday, Jan. 6, 2023. He was 93.

 

Glenn was the beloved husband of Shirley (Dettman) Snell who predeceased him in 2020 and the devoted dad and father-in-law of Elaine and Ron Elliott and Kathy and Dave Wilson, all of Palmerston; Murray and Donna Snell, Bluevale and Sherry Snell, Wroxeter. He was the loving grandpa of eight and great-grandpa of 13. 

 

Glenn was predeceased by his parents John and Gertrude (Ames) Snell, son Gerald Snell, and siblings Jean and Jeffrey Marston, Vern and Hope Snell, Larry Snell and John Kenneth Snell in infancy.

 

A private funeral service was held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Monday, Jan. 9. Rev. Jeff Hawkins officiated.
Interment will take place at Wroxeter Cemetery in the spring.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
