Florence "Joan" née Knoblauch Stephenson

Florence “Joan” née Knoblauch Stephenson passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Nov. 17, 2018. She was in her 78th year.

Joan was the beloved wife of Bill for 54 years, loving mom of Kim (Bob) Planques and Kellie (Reinhardt) Pirch and the adoring grandma of Alex and Natalie Pirch.

Joan is survived by sister Donna Mitchell and brother Lloyd (Marion) Knoblauch. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Brussels Branch #218 would be appreciated. In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations and cards may be sent to Box 340, Brussels, ON N0G 1H0.

A private family burial has taken place. A celebration of Joan’s life will take place in the spring.
