Eileen Niergarth

At Braemar, Wingham on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Mrs. Eileen Niergarth of Wingham, passed away in her 100th year.

Cherished wife of the late Clare Niergarth (2014), Eileen was the dear mother of Brenda and Doug Tiffan and Barbara Niergarth, all of Wingham. She was the loving grandma of Lori and Dennis Lowry, RR 2 Wingham and Mike and Kelly Tiffin, Belgrave, the great-grandma of Britney and Logan Lowry and Brooklyn and MacKenzie Tiffin and the great-grandma of Eastin Dunn. Eileen will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Elsie Walsh of Clinton.

Visitation was held at the McBurney Funeral Home Chapel on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Rev. Larry Skinner officiated. Interment will take place in Wingham Cemetery in the spring.

Memorial donations to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church or the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
