Diane Marie (Turnbull) Engel

Diane Marie (Turnbull) Engel passed away at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015. Born in St. Marys on Sept. 18, 1952, Diane was in her 64th year.
Diane was the beloved wife of the late Barry Engel who predeceased her on April 2, 2015. She was the dear mother of Dawn and Bruce Johnston, Brussels and the loving grandmother of Jamee and Mike, Jessica and Jordyn. Diane was the dear sister of Neil Turnbull and Keith and Tosheon Turnbull. She was also loved by her in-laws Isabel Wick, Faye and Campbell Grant, Diane McClory, Gayle and Ken Dewar, Pat Engel and Cindy Engel. Diane was predeceased by her parents Jim and Lydia Turnbull, her father and mother-in-law Ross and Tillie Engel, her brothers-in-law Monty, John, Wayne, Eldon and Ron and sister-in-law Midge.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service was conducted at the Schimanski Family Funeral Home, Brussels, on Wednesday, Dec. 30 with interment following in Brussels Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
