Colin Stanway

It is with great sadness that the family of Colin Stanway announces his passing on Oct. 9, 2017. He was in his 80th year.  

Colin will be lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley of Goderich; his children Sharon, Joanne and John and Colin’s siblings Ramon, Barry and Lorna, all of England.  

Colin was born in Blackpool, England in 1937.  He served in the 14th/20th King’s Hussars Cavalry Regiment of the British Army.  Colin immigrated to Canada with Shirley on Dec. 6, 1980.

A celebration of his life will be held on Dec. 6, 2017 from 2 - 

4 p.m. at the Meneset Hall.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund or the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Foundation and may be arranged through McCallum & Palla Funeral Home. Friends may sign the book of condolences at www.mccallumpalla.ca
