Bill Chesney

Bill Chesney of Seaforth, passed away peacefully at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on March 25, 2023. He was 86. 

 

Bill was the husband of Joan (Boyce) for 59 years and father of Harold Chesney and his wife Deb, Seaforth and Laura Collins and George, Brucefield. He was the grandpa of Sadie and Quinn. Bill is survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Jennie (Cline) and Harry Chesney, and siblings Harold Chesney (Alma), Peggy Lemmon (Cecil), Pearson “Perk” Chesney (Fern), Margaret McKilligan (Art), and Dorothy Clark (Jack).

 

In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Bill’s life was held at the Seaforth Legion on Thursday, March 30. Spring interment is at Maitlandbank Cemetery, Seaforth. 

 

Donations to the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
