Beverly Irma German (née Mason)
Beverly Irma German (née Mason) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at home in Angus on Sunday, July 2, 2017. She was in her 59th year.
Beverly was the beloved wife of the late Retired Sergeant Norman R. German, CD and loving mother and mother-in-law of Warrant Officer Patrick and Selina German, Petawawa and Jennifer and Warrant Officer Scott Horodecky, Petawawa. Beverly was the cherished grandmother of Rylie and Violet German and dear daughter of Irma Mason, Blyth. She was the dear sister and sister-in-law of Bruce Mason, Blyth; David Mason, Clinton; Marlene and Ted Little, Brussels; Harvey and Judy Mason, Dearborn Heights, Michigan; Glen Mason, Listowel; Brian Mason, Blyth; Ivan and Kim Mason, Clinton, Fred and Joanne German, Calgary, Alberta; Debbie and Wayne McDougall, Blyth; Gary and Lorraine German, Medicine Hat, Alberta; Dee German, Parry Sound; Kim and Mark Van Maele, Courtland; Sybil and Kevin Costello, Welland; Police Constable Karen German, Brighton; Billy Joe and Tammy German, Gravenhurst; and Dana and Alisha German, Calgary, Alberta. Bev was aunt and great-aunt to many. Beverly was predeceased by her father James Mason, sister-in-law, Brenda Mason and parents-in-law, William and Isabelle German.
Bev liked going for walks and quilting, but loved her family the most.
Friends and family were received at Blyth Community Centre on Monday, July 10. Interment was in Blyth Union Cemetery.
