Belgrave hosts several events over Family Day weekend

Simply underwhelmed with the entertainment on offer during the annual Family Day weekend carnival at the Belgrave Community Centre, courtesy of the centre’s board, one-and-a-half-year-old Wren Bolander decided to put on a show of her own, busting through the puppet show curtain, ready to entertain. The carnival was courtesy of the Belgrave Community Centre Board and the breakfast was prepared by the Belgrave Kinsmen - a true co-operative effort.     (John Stephenson photo)
